As a therapist, my approach is psychodynamic, strengths-based, and supportive. I strongly believe that therapy should be a safe place where you can feel comfortable to share your most private and intimate feelings and difficulties, without fear of judgement. Together we will explore your feelings and help you develop coping skills such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness to help you manage your emotions.
