About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from New York University and a post-graduate training degree in Psychodynamic Psychoanalysis from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.

Throughout my career working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I have gained vast experience working with women, men, and teens who experience mental health disorders, family conflict, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, bereavement, and trauma.

My specialty is working with women facing reproductive and maternal mental health challenges. I help women as they journey through conception, pregnancy, and the adjustment to new parenthood. I also support women and their families as they work through postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss, and stillbirth.

I am always striving to advance my clinical knowledge and have pursued advanced training and certifications in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Perinatal Grief and Loss from The Seleni Institute for Women’s Mental Health and Postpartum Support International. I also received additional certification from Adelphi University’s Institute for Parenting in miscarriage, pregnancy termination, and stillbirth support.

I am very passionate about what I do, and I truly find it a privilege to have individuals share their life experiences with me. Currently I am accepting new clients, and I warmly welcome you to call or e-mail me.
